First significant differences beside price is dimension. this new tablet will have 7 inch display. it's 7.85" with retinadisplay technology.
the price range is about $245-$299 , although the price is almost half of 10 inch new ipad 3 which is about $500 for wifi version and $700 for 4G version, iPad mini specs will not be different. Even the Processor will be A6 with iOS 6 operating system. internal memory should be atleast 16GB and atleast 5MP camera
