first you have to tap and hold the button (red colored) and the left of lift door, then the hook will go to the right screen. then tap the hook and slide it to pick up the ball. then press the button again, then it will move the hook and the ball to the middle in front of the door.

Then tap the ball several times until the ball hit the door and break it up, solved.
